Life often brings unexpected difficulties, anxieties, and problems without any way of understanding them. The therapeutic journey begins with having a curiosity about what is happening in your life, what the challenges you are facing are asking of you, why they are surfacing now, and what is underneath/behind them. In a confidential and supportive environment, we will explore your challenges, the dynamics of your personality, who you are as an individual, and how to tap inner resources and hidden potentials. We will use strategies such as dialoging, working with dreams, active imagination, art, journaling, and sandplay to facilitate our work together. Your inner and outer life are both important – I would like to join you on the journey of healing and self-exploration.

Therapy and Analysis

I specialize in working with individuals who want to connect more deeply with their inner lives, their dreams, and unrealized potentials. Together we will embark on exploring hidden aspects and dynamics of the Self. As we do this, individuals often find outer life and relationships change, and find themselves more in harmony with inner wisdom and guidance.
