Getting Started

When you contact me (via voice-mail or e-mail), I will call you back so we can meet over the phone. During this time we will talk about what you are looking for in therapy and in a therapist, as well as discuss fees, schedules, and answer any other questions you might have. Once we have set up an initial appointment, I will e-mail you a confirmation of your appointment time and also some paperwork for you to fill out and bring with you when you come to your first therapy session.

Once we set up an appointment, that time is reserved for you. The fee for your appointment is due at time of session. If you call to reschedule or cancel an appointment  24 hours prior to your appointment, there will be no charge.

I see people once a week on a regular basis, more often if needed, and each therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes. I have offices in Pasadena and West Los Angeles; my hours are flexible, including evenings and Saturdays.
